Where are the ingredients sourced?
We source our ingredients from leading industry suppliers who perform rigorous testing before the ingredient even gets in our hands, then we perform our own tests. We are not able to source only Australian herbs because many of our herbs aren't native to Australia and thrive in climates different from what Australia has to offer.
Are your products organic?
Our products are made with certified organic ingredients whenever possible. For more information, please review the ingredients list on each product page.
Are your products vegan?
All of our formulas are vegan, which means they do not contain animal or animal- derived ingredients.
Do you test on animals?
No, ELIXIR ORGANIC is cruelty-free
Are your products lab tested?
Yes! Each batch of our products is third party lab tested for pesticides, heavy metals, and synthetics.
Do you offer samples?
Currently, we don't offer samples.
Are your products non-GMO?
Yes, all of our products are non-GMO.
Are your products gluten-free?
Our products do not contain gluten in our formulations; however, we do not manufacture in designated gluten-free facilities. Please consult your primary care doctor if you have any questions about your health.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Your entire ELIXIR ORGANIC range is recyclable. Please rinse your finished products before recycling. Our paper cartons are 100% recyclable, compostable and use eco-friendly ink.
Can I take your products with drugs/medications?
Please check with your doctor before adding to your routine.
Where can I find the ingredients and nutritional breakdown for each of your products?
We list all of our ingredient and detailed product information on each product page. The nutritional labels can always be found in the images section at the top of the page (just click over a few photos) and our ingredient breakdown can be found about halfway down the page.
The product I want is out of stock, what can I do?
We are sorry the item you want is not in stock, we are working on getting it ready for you as soon as we can. Please subscribe to ELIXIR ORGANIC emails to be the first to be notified when items are back in stock.
Can I take these products while pregnant or nursing?
We recommend that you consult your healthcare professional before consuming any ELIXIR ORGANIC products if you are pregnant or nursing. During pregnancy/nursing it is important to use caution and listen to your body when consuming strong natural herbs or supplements. This is the case when using any of the ELIXIR ORGANIC products. Unfortunately, we cannot give any specific recommendations about which products to take.
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to have all orders shipped the same day if placed before 1pm (AEST) Monday-Friday. Please note that during sale times, our dispatch time will extend to 1-2 days.
How long will my order take to get to me?
Australian Domestic Shipping : 3-10 business days after dispatch.
How can I check on my order status?
You will receive a confirmation email after you place an order. When the order ships, we will send you another shipment notification email including tracking details. If you do not receive this shipping confirmation within two business days, please email us at email@example.com
My tracking hasn't updated, what do I do?
It can take up to 48 hours for the tracking to update once you have been sent the shipping confirmation email. If you have not received any updates to tracking after 5 business days, then please contact us for assistance at firstname.lastname@example.org
What countries does ELIXIR ORGANIC ship to?

Can I cancel my subscription?
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
When will my subscription renew?
Your subscription will renew according to the frequency of monthly delivery selected by you.
When will I be charged for my subscription?
You will be billed for your subscription on the day the order replenishment is generated and processed at our warehouse.
What's your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. However, we love hearing from customers and are always looking to improve future formulations and products. If you have any suggestions, please email us at email@example.com
I received the wrong items what do I do?
If for any reason you have received the incorrect product(s) in your order, please take a photo and contact us as soon as possible, so we can arrange to exchange it with the correct product(s). Please do not dispose of the item(s) until we have exchanged it.We will cover all transport costs involved in replacing and exchanging the incorrect item(s). We reserve the right to ask you to send us back the product(s) before we issue a replacement or exchange. In returning the goods to us, we will cover all transport costs.
How do I apply for wholesale?

How do I receive 10% off my first order?
Please signup for the ELIXIR ORGANIC email list through the form in the footer of the page. If you don't receive your 10% off code within 5 minutes, please check your spam folder, or check that you've entered in the correct email address to ensure no spelling errors.
I tried using a promo code but it didn't work?
Please double-check that you've entered the code correctly and that it hasn't expired. For codes entered correctly, yet don't work, please note that most codes are only valid for a person's first order. For promo codes that work for all orders (e.g. codes that are for sales periods), please ensure you double-check that you've entered in the code correctly.
Where do I apply my promo code?
Promo codes are entered during checkout.
Can I pay using my Debit/Credit Card?
Yes, we accept a range of credit/debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You can also pay with your debit/credit card via PayPal, Google pay and Apple pay.
Can I pay via PayPal?
Yes, PayPal is an available payment option. Please select PayPal once you reach checkout.
